CarClimb was conceived by Paul Lupson & Cory Adams in 2020, with Josh Deckman joining the team in 2024.
The three are tech industry professionals as well as classic & sports car enthusiasts.
Paul, a Brit, went to his first Grand Prix at Silverstone in 1977, where his father bought him a Ferrari t-shirt. That ignited his love of “anything red & Italian”. Paul’s poster car he will 🙂 one day own is the Ferrari 512 BB.
Cory, also British, has in his dream garage, a 1990’s Mini Cooper and a Porsche 911 (991.2) GT3 RS. His love of German precision engineering aligns with his fascination and passion for big-data. A background in finance and massive data platforms holds him in good stead.
Josh, an American based in Tokyo, discovered Paul and Cory’s ‘ClassicGT’ website and was immediately drawn to the data-driven technology. He quickly became a valuable member of the team. His pride and joy, apart from his family, is his R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R Nismo. For over 20 years, Josh has developed and designed collector car software used by dealers, auction houses, collectors, and enthusiasts around the globe. Many of Josh’s creations were acquired by Hagerty and are actively utilized in the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
